Steven graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with Distinction from Western University.
Steven utilizes a multifaceted approach using principles of manual therapy, progressive functional exercise, and education. Steven is always looking to amplify his skills, notably, his focus lies in addressing back pain, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries. At the core of Steven’s approach resides an unwavering belief in the value of education, inspiring him to share valuable insights that begin by enlightening those in his care about the nature of injuries and effective mechanisms for improvement.
At Western University, Steven worked with the Men’s and Women’s Varsity Soccer Teams as a student athletic trainer and as a first responder to treat acute injuries. Steven worked in both a clinical setting and on-field with these athletes to hone his skills for working with young athletes.
Steven also has over 10 years of recreational and competitive running experience, which drives his passion for working with runners and other sport-related injuries.
