Before we begin, a quick check-in.

Answer a few questions to see if vestibular physiotherapy may be a good fit for you.
This should only take a minute.

Do you experience dizziness, vertigo (spinning),
or feeling "off balance"?

Do your symptoms get worse when you move
your head or change positions?

(e.g. rolling in bed, looking up, turning quickly)

Do you feel unsteady on your feet
or have you had a fall recently?

Are your symptoms affecting your daily life?

(e.g. avoiding activities, feeling anxious, difficulty concentrating)

Did your symptoms start after a concussion,
ear infection, or illness?

⚠️ Do you have any of the following right now?

- Sudden severe headache
- Double vision, facial numbness, or sudden weakness
- Sudden hearing loss

You may not need vestibular physio right now.

Based on your answers, vestibular physiotherapy may not be your primary need right now. If your symptoms change or you're still unsure, we're always happy to chat and provide further guidance!

Vestibular physiotherapy can help.

Your inner ear, brain, or balance system may be contributing to your dizziness, unsteadiness, or vertigo. You may be a great candidate for a vestibular assessment with a physiotherapist trained to identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms.

Please see your doctor first.

Some of your symptoms may need medical attention before physiotherapy. Please contact your doctor or visit urgent care to rule out anything serious. Once you've been cleared, we'd love to help you on your road to recovery.
